System integration and workflow automation

I connect your forms, applications and business systems to reduce manual data entry and make information transfers traceable.

Discuss automation

Which tasks can be connected

We start with a recurring task: where information comes from, where it belongs and who works with it next.

  • Sending a website enquiry to your CRM.
  • Updating listings or a catalogue from a source system.
  • Passing an order to the next processing step.
  • Notifying a team member when a job changes status.

For tasks with clear rules, I propose conventional automation. For unstructured text, we can also assess AI integration with output review.

Check sources and interfaces first

I review API documentation, available fields, permissions and service limits. We identify the source of truth and decide how to handle updates, duplicates and missing information.

If there is no API, I check supported exports, imports or the possibility of adding an interface. A suitable connection is something to verify during assessment.

How we verify delivery

Sending a request alone does not prove the result. Where the destination supports it, I check its response and the created record. I also test incomplete data, repeated submissions and unavailable services.

I design result tracking, retries and error notifications. Each connection has a defined automatic flow and conditions that require human intervention.

Scope, cost and handover

The deliverables include the agreed integration, data mapping, normal and failure checks, and an outage procedure. Costs depend on the number of systems, documentation quality, data volume and update frequency.

We also account for provider fees and maintenance when APIs change. For an initial proposal, share the tools involved, example records and how often the manual task occurs.

Where are you copying data by hand?

Describe the source and destination. I will check connection options and propose a first step.
